The firm adopted the Amaechi & Amaechi name in Lagos in 2002, building on a legal practice established in Anambra. Its head office is in Ogba, Lagos, with a liaison office in Abuja.
The commercial practice includes company and business registrations, company secretarial work, due diligence, transactions, restructurings, commercial agreements and notarial services. The firm also handles disputes and advises on aviation, travel, energy, entertainment, family proceedings and estate administration.
Clients may need help setting up an organisation, documenting a transaction, responding to a claim or managing an estate. We begin by clarifying the facts, the documents involved and the decision the client needs to make.
